At AEY Wellness LLC, doing business as AEY Metabolic Health, we are committed to providing the highest level of care, support, and professionalism through our nutrition coaching, fitness guidance, and lifestyle services. We aim to deliver an exceptional coaching experience before, during, and after your purchase.

SERVICE-BASED PRODUCTS (COACHING PROGRAMS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, CONSULTATIONS)
Because AEY Wellness (DBA AEY Metabolic Health) provides digital services, coaching programs, and time-based professional guidance, the following policies apply:
• All coaching services and digital programs are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
This includes:
Coaching Calls & programs
Monthly subscription coaching
Digital resources or downloads
Progress reviews
Personalized programming
Intake assessments
Monthly check-ins
Strategy calls or consultations
Once services have begun — or once access to digital materials is granted — refunds cannot be issued.
• Subscription Refunds
AEY Wellness operates on a recurring subscription basis for coaching services. As a result:
Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are provided for unused time in your current billing period.
If you wish to update, change, or cancel your subscription, please cancel using login and billing information or email us at andrew@aeymetabolic.com if you're experiencing problems canceling before your next billing date.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
Any digital products purchased from AEY Wellness (such as PDFs, templates, guides, or educational materials):
Are non-refundable once the file(s) have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded
Cannot be returned or exchanged
If you experience an issue accessing your digital content, we will resend the file at no charge.
MISCHARGES, TECHNICAL ERRORS, OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If you believe you were:
Incorrectly charged
Billed twice
Charged for a service you did not authorize
Please contact us immediately at andrew@aeymetabolic.com.
We will investigate the issue and correct billing errors promptly.
SERVICE ACCESS ISSUES
If you did not receive:
Your intake forms
Digital materials
Coaching access
A scheduled session
Please reach out. We will ensure everything is delivered correctly.
LOST OR MISSING EMAIL CONTENT
Since AEY Wellness does not ship physical goods, “lost packages” do not apply.
However, on rare occasions, emails may be filtered or blocked by spam filters.
If you did not receive expected materials:
Check your spam/junk folder
Add andrew@aeymetabolic.com to your safe list
Contact us and we will resend all materials manually
REFUNDS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY OF SERVICES
If AEY Wellness is unable to deliver a purchased service due to:
Scheduling conflicts
Technical failure
Cancellation by AEY Wellness
We will either:
Deliver the service at a later agreed-upon date, or
Issue a refund for the undelivered service
This does not apply to cancellations initiated by the client or missed sessions not rescheduled within the allowed policy.
